Keeping up with the Lights

by Christopher Foltz

One of my favorite things about Chicago is how often buildings change their lighting to reflect holidays and support certain things. It just makes you feel a sense of community. Also makes for great photographic opportunities.

Taken yesterday from Burnham Harbor near the Charter One Pavilion you can see Soldier Field and the Willis Tower spread their holiday joy. This area has such beautiful views of the city and just across at Adler the best spot to take in Chicago’s amazing skyline.

Here is a shot from October celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the Adler statue in front. Then below that is a Panoramic of the skyline taken the same month from down on the path by Adler.

Second City's Pink Skyline

Chicago’s skyline has always been a draw for me, maybe it is the Engineer in me. Enjoy and I am always open to comments and critiques.
